-Stamp!

It's a very beautiful day. It's getting warmer and warmer.
I visited Bologna this week for Bologna International Children's Book Fair. My husband did the illustration of some books for autistic children. One of them was selected by IBBY (International Board on Books for Young People) and they show the book as one of their selection.
Inspired by many beautiful books from all over the world and some illustrators from Japan, I wanted to do something. I worked on my hand work this afternoon. It's Keshigomu-hanko (the stamp curved on eraser).
The design is one of the character in the book explaining how autistic children are. His name is Riccio Lino which my husband designed. The psycologist who led to make those books, her birthday is coming in this week. So my hubby gave me a design with her initial "E", and I made it! I think,, well done!
In the second photo, you can see something on right,,, yes, it's our cat. She kept disturbing my work. So dangerous using knives where cat is walking around!!
